This was the last picture taken of my son Brandon and I the night before his mother and her Georgia family abducted him. His mother refuses to permit me to communicate, visit or have custody rights...without just cause. She even told the police that I was not abusing her or our son, but she has found that the current law about "Absolute Parental Right" only protects the custodial parent. This is not fair, right or just and is a form of domestic violence.

Parental alienation, parental abductions and parental kidnappings are on the rise and I am out to help change these laws on the federal level so that each state cannot water it down or discriminate against the non-custodial parent, guardian or other relatives. By the time that this gets to court his mother (and her family) will have kept us apart for 102 days. He was taken at 9 months and his birthday is September 2 , which I am sure that she will also try to keep me from. But don't forget holidays and other special events also like his first time to walk and many other firsts.

I am not saying that women are mean and cruel or anything like that. This is not right (no matter who the custodial person is). Because of what I have been through I have founded www.WheresDADDY.org AND www.WheresMOMMY.org. Please do your part and help stop this form of domestic violence. I need ever kind of help (not just money). I need web development, content, spokespersons (someone who people know - a celebrity or politician), someone who can right legislative acts, and so much more. I am just a father who has been victimized and I am not being selfish...I am trying to help you too or someone you may know.

What I would ultimately like to have donated would be a truck and camper trailer or RV that I could have the sides skinned with banners and adds to help bring this national attention. Just think of what you would feel if your spouse, parent, children, etc. did this to you. Domestic violence in any form must be stopped and it is on your shoulders too because this cross is too much for me to bare alone. I am fighting for EQUAL RIGHTS for all parents, guardians and relatives.
